Seven of the best low-sugar fruits

Who can still surprise your mouth water when teeth into a slice of watermelon? Or close the performance of an apple? But could too much of this good thing ... bad?

Given the amount of vitamins and minerals in fruit, more is better, of course. Instead, eat more of the recommended three servings a day you can consume the amount of sugar equivalent in a chocolate bar. And know that you could have just eaten chocolate bar! Just kidding.

So, keep enjoying the yummy treat without spoiling your nutrition plan, here is my list of seven healthy fruits that will be sweet justice. This is based solely on the content of sugar, calories and macronutrients (carbohydrates and proteins).
